Ingredients

  • 1 Leftover rotisserie chicken bones
  • Water to fill crock pot
  • 2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • I take all the good meat off the the rotisserie chicken to save for other dishes then put the rest of the bones in the slow cooker.
  • Fill water so it is about 1 inch below top of crock pot. You could add large pieces of chopped celery, carrots, onions, garlic to the pot. I make mine as only bone broth with no vegetables. I add 2 tsp of salt just to add a little saltiness. If you add no salt it will be flavorless.
  • Cook on low for 8-10 hours. I cooked mine for 10 hours and it was darker in color than at 8 hours. Any time is good if you get hungry earlier.
