Slice the zucchini and mushrooms thin. Sauté them with a little olive oil until softened and roasted (about 5 minutes). Mix while sautéing to ensure even cooking.
Slice the roasted pepper and steak thin. Mix in a mixing bowl the steak, pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms.
Mix everything for the dressing. Add the dressing to the mixed salad. Add in the farmers cheese or ricotta if desired.
