Banana Bread

The best banana bread recipe I’ve found. It can be eaten for breakfast, a snack, or a dessert. Jazz it up with some coconut whipped cream.

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Spatula

Ingredients

  • 2 medium Ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 2 Eggs (beaten)
  • 1 & 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 cup Chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Oil a regular sized bread baking dish.
  • Mash bananas. Mix in eggs, oil, and sugar. In another bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredient until just combined.
  • Add in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared dish.
  • Bake for 50 minutes to an hour. Take the bread out when a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into bread.

    Excellent recipe. It was moist and delicious. I made it with raisins instead of chocolate chips. I couldn’t stop eating it.
