Hello! My name is Erin and I have both a lactose and soy sensitivity. I have had SIBO a few times in my life and have been diagnosed with IBS. This blog is to find good low fodmap recipes that I can make when my IBS gets bad. I love reviewing products and food. I hope you find my food blog helpful.

- Corn Syrups/Agave
- Stone Fruit
- Brassica Oleracea (cabbage vegetables) i.e. broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, cabbage
- High caffeine like medium roast coffee
