I wanted to research how much lactose difference dairy products have so I can figure out which ones to avoid. For me personally, anything with 1% (1g per 100g) or under does not bother my stomach. Everyone is different and with this chart you can figure out which bother you. There is a difference between lactose-free (which is made from milk products) and dairy-free (which is not made from milk products).
