This is a great alternative to regular caesar dressing. Regular caesar dressing has anchovy paste added in. It upsets my stomach but it could be due to the lactose and not the fish. This tahini dressing still has lots of umami and is creamy in its own way.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Tahini paste
- 1/2 tsp Ground pepper
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp Mustard spicy brown or dijon
- 2 tsp Coconut aminos
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 clove Garlic pressed, optional
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together except the water. Mix the water in a little at a time so it's easier to mix in. Adjust seasoning to taste.
