Shrimp Shakshuka

- 1 Frying Pan
- 1 Knife & Cutting Board
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 handful Cherry Tomatoes Halved lengthwise
- 1 tsp Tomato Paste
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 tsp Baharat Seasoning Recipe below
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Leftover Shrimp Optional, chopped
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Goat Cheese
Instructions
- Add olive oil to pan. Turn heat to medium. Wait until the pan is hot and add the chopped tomatoes. Wait a minute or 2 for the tomatoes are softened.
- Add water and heat until hot. Add tomato paste and stir into the hot water and tomatoes.
- Add baharat spice mix and some salt to taste. Add the sugar. Cook down until the water and tomatoes are less watery and more like a sauce.
- Add the chopped leftover shrimp until shrimp are heated. If using raw shrimp cook in the sauce for about 7 minutes. Add water if the sauce gets too thick.
- Crack the eggs into the sauce. Add goat cheese on top. Put a lid on the frying pan so the eggs cook more thoroughly. Eggs should cook within a few minutes to be runny texture and goat cheese will be heated.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Ground Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Ground Corriander
- 2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cardamom
- 1/8 tsp Ground Cloves Optional
- 1/8 tsp Ground Nutmeg Optional
