The best banana bread recipe I’ve found. It can be eaten for breakfast, a snack, or a dessert. Jazz it up with some coconut whipped cream.

Ingredients
- 2 medium Ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- 1 & 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 cup Chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Oil a regular sized bread baking dish.
- Mash bananas. Mix in eggs, oil, and sugar. In another bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredient until just combined.
- Add in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared dish.
- Bake for 50 minutes to an hour. Take the bread out when a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into bread.

Excellent recipe. It was moist and delicious. I made it with raisins instead of chocolate chips. I couldn’t stop eating it.
