These energy bites are extremely easy and only have 3 ingredients. I’ve been getting bored of making energy bites that have whole oats in them, so I tried this recipe. This is a good alternative to energy bites with oats and a good way to use up coconut flour.
Almond Butter Energy Bites

Total Time 5 minutes minutes
Servings 10 pieces
Equipment
- Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Almond butter
- 1/6 cup Maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Coconut flour
Instructions
- Use a fork to combine the almond butter and maple syrup. Mix in the coconut flour. I had to add a little bit more coconut flour because the mix was a little runny. It should feel thicker than cookie dough by the time it's done being mixed.
- Roll the dough into 1 inch balls. You can refrigerate or keep them at room temperature. They're a little hard if you keep them in the refrigerator so I suggest room temperature.
- Keep for up to a week in an airtight container.
