Tasting notes: light malt, cereal.
Takeaways: Very dark with a full body. Not too much acidity. No aftertaste at all, which is nice. Very good for a standard coffee. More body than store bought coffees. Very smooth.
I was looking on the Redding Roasters website and I found these really cute coffee bean canisters. I’ve been using a large mason jar to keep coffee beans in, but I really like this idea.
